This virtual business training program is for roofing contractors who want to operate their companies more professionally, consistently, and ethically.

Cotney Consulting Group is providing a practical roofing-contractor business management program built

around the financial, estimating, operational, and management systems contractors need to run a more

organized company. The training will be presented from the standpoint of real roofing operations and will

focus on practices participants can apply inside their businesses.

The program is designed as live virtual training in shorter sessions so participants can absorb the material,

work through exercises and return for the next session without committing to full-day online instruction.

The format is four live virtual sessions of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours each. Monday, January 11^th, 12^th, 13^th & 14^th
