Southern California RCA believes in raising the level of professionalism of the Southern California Roofing 
Industry by keeping our members well-informed and helping them comply with the rules and regulations that affect their businesses, employees, and customers. We strive to foster better working relationships and a more cohesive working environment between contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Southern California RCA takes great pride in offering its James A. Nienow Memorial Scholarships every year!
Since 1993 our scholarship program has awarded over $200,000 to family members of our member companies in support of their passions and dreams.
Our scholarship program awards scholarships to immediate family members and employees of Southern California RCA members in memory of the late James O. Nienow. Jim worked for Roofmaster for over 30 years and left a unique impact on the roofing industry.
